Travel-pal.org is a platform and service to connect world travelers and locals around the world to enable cultural exchange, learning possibilities, information exchange and to help travelers across the world. The Services are accessible at www.travel-pal.org. By using the Site or Services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and to be legally bound by them and by our Data Protection policy (collectively referred as Terms), whether or not you become Travel-pal user. Any use of the Site is governed by the Terms.

Eligibility

Travel-Pal.org aims at connecting adults over 18 years old any use of the Site by anyone under 18 is expressly prohibited. By using the Site or Services you expressly warrant that you are an adult over 18 years old.

No Warranty

Travel-pal.org does not warranty any Listing (as defined below in article 3) or behaviors of persons. You understand that the pictures on the Site are for information only and in the responsibility of Travelers.
You acknowledge that in case you would seek any legal remedy for actions or omissions of users, or any third parties, you will not claim any liability against Travel-pal.org.

We do not screen the identity of any users and you are solely responsible for ensuring that any person you accept is who they say they are.

You are fully responsible for investigating whether your chosen travel partner and the accommodation and opportunities they are offering are suitable for you and your needs.

You are using Travel-pal.org entirely at your own risk and we expressly exclude all liability for any loss or damage you, your family, your reputation, your business or your property may suffer as a result of using Travel-pal.org

You are solely responsible for complying with the relevant rules and laws in your jurisdiction (if any) especially with regards to your belongings.

How Travel-pal works

Users can register with Travel-pal.org for free to create a profile and listing which describes the type of cultural exchange and information needed.

When a User is registered, They may able add their information (Like About me, Hobbies , Travelled Countries and Experience ).

Travel-Pal.org is also provide post, users can create their own travel post to see for other travelers to get to know about you more clearly.

Plan a Trip and List them into public. So, the public travel pal community can be viewed and response to you, and then be able to contact each other.

Leave a feedback for Travelers which they join to your trips and events, so others can get an idea about the personality.

Misconduct

If you feel someone is violating the Terms and acting inappropriately, you should immediately report such person to the appropriate authorities and then to Travel-pal.org.

If an account has been removed, terminated it is not possible to set up a second account.

Safety

You acknowledge that you have read and understood our Site safety guidelines and that Travel-pal.org is not, in any way, responsible for guaranteeing the safety of any Users, Travel-pal.org or any person associated with either of them.

Privacy

By using the Site and Service you agree that Travel-pal.org Data Protection policy governs Travel-pal.org collection and use of your personal data and information.

The Data Protection maybe updated by Travel-pal.org from time to time.

Miscellaneous

You agree to indemnify Travel-pal.org against any claims, actions, proceedings, losses, damages, expenses and costs (including without limitation court costs and legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of Travel-pal.org.
